Vaccine Shipping Information |
We strive to sell the freshest, longest dated vaccines possible. We ice pack and insulate all vaccine orders, but don't be surprised if you find the ice packs thawed or even warm when you receive them. Our shipping is consistent with manufacturer's shipping policies for vaccinations. We do recommend Next Day or 2nd Day Air service for all vaccine orders.
Ice packs and insulation will do the job of providing you with viable vaccinations under normal shipping of 3 to 4 days. Unless subjected to extreme heat, the vaccines will be good. Be sure to refrigerate vaccines as soon as you receive them.
Vaccines are only shipped Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. Vaccines normally ship the following business day after receiving your order. If you place your order on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday your vaccines will ship the following Monday.
During the time between April 1 through October 1 the following must be done in order for us to guarantee the quality of vaccines:
All vaccines must be shipped in a cooler. A cooler will hold up to 4 - 25 dose trays of vaccine. Coolers are available on all vaccine pages and cost $6.00
All vaccines being shipped to the following states must be shipped 2nd day Air in order to guarantee the quality of vaccines: AK, AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, MA, MD, ME, MI, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY. AK and HI. 2nd Day Air must be requested and will require additional shipping charges, otherwise your order will be shipped by Ground
The following states do NOT need to use 2nd day air in order to guarantee the quality of the vaccine. However, they must be shipped to a business address. These states are AL, AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NE, NM, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI
