How to Order
Placing an order with Dressler's Dog Supplies is easy, you may choose from the following options:

On Line
Just go back to the store page and start ordering!
By Mail
On a plain piece of paper, write down the item, quantity, price and stock number. (You can obtain this from the online store)
Be sure to include your name and address, and if paying by credit card - The card number, name, and expiration date.
Remember that: UPS cannot deliver to a post office box number. For faster rural UPS delivery, be sure to include your phone number, and any directions that might help in locating you. When filling out your order be sure to PRINT LEGIBLY, so we can fill your order properly.
By Fax
Follow the instructions for ordering by mail, and then fax your order to (913) 722-5598
By Phone
Call us at (913) 722-2430 (questions or inquiries) or (800) 622-4669(Orders only please).
Our hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM and Saturdays 9AM to 3PM Central time.

Damaged Freight/Shortages
If your shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, contact your local UPS office. If you have contact with the UPS driver at the time of delivery, make sure that he/she notes that the package is damaged. If you need further help contact us. For all shortages you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by calling (800) 622-4669 and send an message via e-mail by contacting us here

Items Out of Stock
Out of stock items will be cancelled, and a credit issued (unless specified differently on your shipping list), you may then reorder the item(s) if you wish. If you wish to keep an item on back order, let us know and we will ship it to you as quickly as possible.

Returns or Exchanges
Defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged, credited or repaired. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned as long as it is unused (don't return items that you've obviously used and expect a refund or exchange). Some products such as vaccines, videos, and books (unless they are improperly filled) cannot be returned.

When returning merchandise please include your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return. Returns will be credited for the origninal price of the merchandise (excluding shipping and handling charges). Manufacturers warranties supercede any warranties by Dressler's Dog Supplies either expressed or implied.

Vaccine Shipping Information
During the hot months between May 1 and September 30th all vaccine orders must be shipped in a cooler and by 2nd day air. Please read the following information page regarding this policy.

if you are ordering from outside the Continental United States, you will need to contact us for shipping rates.

Large, heavy and multiple packages may be charged at a different rate. You will be advised of any additional charges for these type of items.

We now ship by the total weight of your order. Rates are based on UPS standard ground published rates.
